Go Mobility has a 30-Day Return Policy. Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price minus the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
There are exceptions to the 30-Day Return Policy below:
All E-Wheels products have a 15 day return policy from the date of delivery as well as the 20% restocking fee and cost of return shipping.
The Transformer, Mojo Scooters & Triaxe Scooters all have a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery as well as the 15% restocking fee and cost of return shipping.
All Beds, Bath and Safety Products are non-returnable due to hygienic and safety concerns. Also, all Journey products are non-returnable.
The following conditions must be met on all returns:
- The item must be in new condition - no damage, no cracks, scratches, etc. - with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
- A Return Authorization must be requested from Go Mobility within 30 days of delivery.
Once the Return Authorization has been received from Go Mobility, the product must be returned within 14 days to receive your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 3-5 business days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product.
No Return Items:
• Accessories cannot be returned.
• Batteries cannot be returned.
