Go Mobility has a 30-Day Return Policy. Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price minus the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

There are exceptions to the 30-Day Return Policy below:

All E-Wheels products have a 15 day return policy from the date of delivery as well as the 15% restocking fee and cost of return shipping.

 

All Transformer, Mojo, Triaxe Scooters a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery as well as the 15% restocking fee and cost of return shipping.

The following conditions must be met on all returns:

  • The item must be in new condition - no damage, no cracks, scratches, etc. - with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
  • A Return Authorization must be requested from Go Mobility within 30 days of delivery.

Once the Return Authorization has been received from Go Mobility, the product must be returned within 14 days to receive your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 3-5 business days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product.

• Accessories cannot be returned.

Haven’t used it yet

I had to buy additional threshold ramps to get my scooter to the sidewalk so until those arrive I can’t do a test drive

Great help

The shopping experience was really helpful and knowledgable. This scooter shipped out quickly and we received within 6 days of placing the order. It is a little on the slower side but its a perfect travelling scooter.

Best Purchase Ever!

I just bought my Luggie in anticipation of a two week trip to Canada. I am able to walk, but am severely limited in how long and far I can walk and how long I can stand due to hip issues as a result of surgical complications. For the past 7 years I have been extremely constrained when traveling. With the luggie, I was able to return to my pre-injury activities. I can once again keep up with my adult children and my husband. The luggie went on a cable car, a funicular, over cobblestones, on packed-dirt hiking trails and on a suspension bridge. It didn't miss a trick! it is zippy and lightweight and doesn't make me feel disabled. If you are considering the purchase, I say go for it!

Almost Perfect

Overall, very comfortable, convenient and practical to use and get around quite easily. The only minor complaint is that the charging port is extremely difficult to use and the rubber cover does not close at all. For people who are older (I'm 86), we don't have the strength to bend down and turn the male plug around to find the 'holes' where the three 'pins' fit into the female, and then to push down is really tough. One would think that in making a $3500 machine, one could have spent a little more making recharging easier. Do you have a short extension cord that might be easier to connect to the charging port? It would be a lovely addition to a great machine!

Best decision I have made in years

Incredible machine. I need knee surgery and the Luggie is a LIFESAVER. I had 1000 excuses not to leave the house and that is a problem of the distant past. Maybe the best purchase I have ever made. As a engineer I am overwhelmed how Freerider built this product. There is no shortcuts. I haven't missed any grandchild's ballgame, went Sunday to the Car Museum and my wife and I are planning a trip to Gatlinburg in late June. I just ordered my FSU season tickets for Football and Basketball and looking forward to enjoying being mobile again I am buying one for my best friend for his 70th birthday this week. Do not let the price scare you, this unit is built to last. I purchased the Luggie Elite Plus 4 Scooter with Suspension because I wanted to make sure that I had more power than needed so a grandchild could ride with me and not overwhelm the unit. Like I said I am fixing to plunk down another 3800$ for another one. This is the REAL DEAL! Thank you Eric
